Refund policy

Damages, Incorrect Order or Dissatisfaction with your Plants

Plants leaving our nursery will be of the highest quality, including inspection of any disease or insect infestation, and sufficiently watered.
If you have any issues, please contact us immediately due to the perishable nature of plants.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong plant/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We endeavor to deliver the best quality plants, however if you are not satisfied, please contact us.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us as soon as possible if your plant/s are damaged or incorrect. Your plant must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at mangawhainatives@gmail.com If your return is accepted. We will pick your plant/s up or arrange delivery of return. Plant/s sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
