Carex Dissita is an arching grass with wide ribbed bright green leaves. It likes growing in dark and damp places such as the edges of bush streams, forests, or swampy areas. Commonly used in revegetation plantings. Excellent for a permanently damp situation in a shaded site but will tolerate full sun and dry conditions once established. Commonly found on the Tanekaha Walk, Mangawhai.
