Akakura, Crimson Rata, Metrosideros carminea

Naturally a coastal vine climber with stunning red star flowers in spring. Prefers a sheltered site initially. We have two lines of them.

This line has been grown from cutting so will shrub rather than climb. Will flower quicker.
